Yoush is committed to the following four pillars of conduct when handling a client talent sourcing requirement:
Assign a dedicated account manager. This individual will become your single point of contact, tasked with ensuring your satisfaction in all of your dealings with Yoush Consulting.
Fully understand the requirements. We may ask for additional details to help us better understand your needs and expectations. In this way, you will only be presented with candidates whose qualifications and background map as closely as possible to your requirements.
Fully qualify prospective candidates. Our initial search will be conducted in our extensive database of qualified specialists that we have already interviewed, and in many cases who have already completed client assignments on our behalf. Should we need to expand our search to other candidates in our database, they will go through our multi-dimensional check points. We will test them on their roles within specific projects, confirm their references, test their hard skills, and measure their emotional maturity according to the client project environment.
Follow up on all assignments. Our responsibility to you continues throughout the term of the assignment. This means periodic follow ups with you to ensure that the resource is performing as expected. We also ask all of our consultants to keep us informed of any personal elements that may impact their work assignment, for example vacations, family illness or any other issue.
